Two for Tuesday! Hot Bacon and Swiss Dip

I was going through my recipes, and I found another favorite! Every time I have brought this to a potluck...there is never any left! Enjoy!

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup swiss cheese, grated
1/2 cup mayo
8 slices bacon, crumbled

Ritz crackers, crumbled

Mix the top 4 ingredients together and spread in an 8x8 dish. Top with the crumbled Ritz crackers! Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes until warm and bubbly!

This is best served with crackers on the side.

It is very easy to double. I don't think I've ever made the recipe without doubling it! I usually just use a 9x13 casserole dish when doubling.

It is a very rich dip that will keep you coming back for more :)
